Alcohol Dependency

Our Alcohol Dependency program provides a medically supervised process of assisting patients safely to go through alcohol withdrawal. After the outpatient alcohol detox is complete, patients have the choice of receiving a medication to coincide with counseling.

Opioid Dependency

Our Opioid Dependency program offers the choice of either Suboxone or Vivitrol for addictions to heroin or prescription drugs. Both Suboxone and Vivitrol have the best outcomes when used in combination with counseling.

About Us

Community Healthcare Alliance (CHA) is a private medical office that specializes in outpatient treatment of opiate, alcohol and nicotine addictions.  We provide multiple treatment options involving outpatient medication assisted treatment (MAT).  We also provide onsite or referral CBT therapy services, both group and one-on-one.

For those going through withdrawal, we provide recovery support and lasting wellness to our patients by using “comfort medications” to lessen the physical symptoms of the withdrawal. During this time, the patient will be receiving supportive counseling.

Although we treat addictions medically, we understand the many effects that addiction has in someone’s life.  As part of a comprehensive wellness program, we provide referral information to free and paid resources in the local community.

We have outpatient addiction treatment centers to help individuals with substance abuse disorders in downtown Boston, Lowell and Quincy.

“We honor ourselves when we speak out for recovery. We show the world that recovery matters because it brings hope and peace into the lives of individuals and their loved ones.”

— Beth Wilson

GOOGLE ADS NOTICE & DISCLAIMER: COMMUNITY HEALTHCARE ALLIANCE IS NOT AN ONLINE PHARMACY AND OUR PROVIDERS DO NOT PRESCRIBE THRU ONLINE PHARMACIES.  All our providers (MDs, DOs, PAs or NPs) have active, full   licenses to practice and to prescribe in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.  All our prescribing providers have all required active Federal licenses and IDs (DEA, DEA-X & NPI). All prescriptions are sent electronically, directly to physical store locations in Massachusetts of nationally recognized NABP accredited pharmacies (CVS, Walgreens, Rite Aid, etc).  All our prescribers participate in the Massachusetts Prescription Monitoring Program (MASSPAT), and as is required by statute, they check each patient’s prescription history prior to writing their prescriptions.  This informs us if a patient has a history of “doctor shopping/pill shopping” and as well informs us of any controlled substances that pharmacies have dispensed to a patient within the last year.

Our Philosophy

Recovery is not linear. Sometimes it’s two steps forward and one step back.

Most of our staff have been told by their patients things like “I like seeing you because you listen to me. You never give up on me. You believe in me and want me to succeed”

These sentiments accurately reflect how we feel about our work.  We care deeply about each of our patients and are very invested in their success. When they succeed, we succeed, which is very gratifying.

Our Mission

Our Mission is to provide each person with personalized medical treatment to help support recovery. We will consistently offer compassion while using direct, respectful, honest communication.

Treatment

We “meet you where you are” and help you get to where you want to be.

We employ clinical staff who are highly experienced and knowledgeable in addiction medicine. We develop medical treatment plans tailored to our client’s needs.

Community

We provide guidance and access to local community resources outside the office. We understand the significant impact of addiction on our patient’s lives and offer help to accessing free and paid resources.
